Why I’m Running
When I came to Minnesota, I was struck by the beauty of the neighborhoods here, and there were virtually no visible slums. I intend to bring back that neighborhood appeal. I have always felt that I could be a spokesperson for Minnesota.
Whenever I spoke to Minnesotans, they would complain about being stuck with bad leadership. I would also hear, “This is not the Minnesota I grew up in.” When you look into the inner workings of politics, it’s all lip service for the most part.
A big reason I am running is to give Minnesota a third choice. The people I have been talking to want a third-party option. They are sick and tired of both parties failing. I figure red and blue make purple.
I am inspired by the people of Minnesota who love it as much as I do — including those who, like me, came from other parts of the country and made Minnesota their home. I am running because I believe Minnesota can be better.
What I Believe

People come first. I tend to put others before myself; I am a nurturer.

Solutions over politics. I do not mince words; actions mean more to me than talk.

Opportunity for all. There was a time when anyone could get a job in Minnesota; I will bring that opportunity back.

Lead with integrity. I lead with people in mind first. Love, faith, hope, and wisdom.
